I am trying to complete my husbands Maxwell lineage. I have in my records that he is a descendant of John Thomas Maxwell born 1751 and married Rebecca Anderson. The discrepancy is that some people say he never had children and have proof. I found a record that states he had 1 son before he died in 1779. Can anyone help me clarify this?
