I'd like to share the info I found when I looked for the books named.  Sure enough, finding purchasable copies of this title or The Book of Carlaverock is nearly impossible, it seems, but here are some other availabilities for those who may be interested. The 1980s editions might be requestable via Interlibrary Loan from a library near you.  University Microfilms may be able to provide purchasable reprints of text from the microform of the older edition--not as satisfying as holding the real book in your hands, but better than nothing!
