My Great Aunt has given me info showing Andrew Maxwell, Jr b.31 Dec 1798 d.4 July 1882 married 19 March 1824 to Elizabeth Green b.9 March 1800 d.6 Dec 1882 Their son Silas Layfayette Maxwell b.18 Feb 1829 d.1 Aug 1896 married 1 April 1849 to Louisa Jane Fletcher b.3 June 1833 d.16 April 1910 Their son William Pinkney Maxwell b.9 Jan 1853 d.13 June 1918 married 18 Feb 1883 to Melinda Jane Drake b.23 May 1855 d.30 Jan 1939 They had a son Samuel Andrew Maxwell b.1835 d.1935. Their daughter Hester Melinda Maxwell b.26 Dec 1888 was my great gandmother. I also have pictures of a Elizabeth Head Maxwell and John Maxwell and his wife Winnie Elizabeth Corn.  I am not sure of their information. Can anyone help me trace this lineage further back?
