I would like to make contact with anyone related to my great grandfather, James W. Maxwell of Maxwell, Virginia located in Tazewell county. James W. Maxwell died in 1924. I have a copy of his will and the original buleprint of the Maxwell farm dated Jan 1, 1925. This blue print was drawn up to aid in the division of the land among the seven children. The names of his 7 children are as follows: R. L. Maxwell J.R. Maxwell J.S. Maxwell Virginia G. Maxwell Wyrene P. Maxwell Margaret J. Maxwell G. Bates Maxwell (my great grandfather) The Maxwell family house built in 1806 by the Deskin family still stands today. I have many pictures of the house and of the family cemetary for anyone who is interested. I am located in Virginia Beach and can be reached by phone at anytime.
