| I totally forgot about this forum. I think it would be a good idea to have people descended from Robert Maxwell and his wife Elizabeth in Penn, who through Jane Lewis migrated to WVA. My husband is descended from them, and in particular from Cyrus Maxwell Sr, one of the 8 sons of Rufus and Sarah Jane (Bonnifield) Maxwell. We have boxes and boxes and boxes and books and books of information on this family, and all of CJ's descendency books. My husband inherited it and one of the really great thing we have is a 3000 page, 8 volume carbon copy typed set of books that were typed up by CJ Maxwell when his parents, Rufus and Sarah Jane died. It is a terrfic history of the area and these people. When I finish my present big project, I want to analyze it all and write about this family and the area. Is anyone interested in creating a blog or doing this on facebook so we can exchange information, photos, stories, etc. I am also a Maxwell by birth, as well as marrriage and I don't find many interested in my line, so I have given up on it for now.
