Looking for the Ponsonby/Freeman's Bay branch of the Auckland, New Zealand Maxwells - descendants of John Maxwell and his children James, William John and Hannah Maxwell who arrived in NZ together from Edinburgh (via London UK and New Plymouth NZ) aboard the Cresswell in 1853.  I am a descendant of John's brother Thomas, looking to exchange info.  (see also posts by M.
