He was  born in 1719 Carloverock,scottland he died in 1773  in Dunnee,Angus, scottland we think he  was married to Mary Jane McBretney 1728 to 1745 His father is unknown  but we think his mothers name  might have been Ann Mowat born in scottland 1698 they had  a son named Guy maxwell born in 1770 Downs, Northen Irealand he  died in 1814 Elmira, New york usa his wife may have been Neeltjie Eleanor Vanstenberg 1770 to 1824   I would like to know  what ship he came on and waht type of work he did
