Hi Barbara,not sure if we are related.My Grandfather Alex was a coal miner at the Dumbrek Pits.He passed in 1997 at age 85.He married Teesh McLay from the next town.My Grandfather had 2 brothers,Jim and Robert.We have cousins in Ontario from Jim.Havent heard much about Roberts side.I have an Aunt still living in Kilsyth Mae Hamilton Shaw my Dads sister.Havent dug up much ancestors,possibly my Great Grandfather had brothers not.
