I am looking into my family of Maxwells from around Pettigo in Ireland and came accross a birth record for a Mary Maxwell baptised in Templecarn Parish Church of Ireland                            MARY MAXWELL born 24/09/1844  baptised   03/11/1844  father     NATHANIEL    mother   ANN  resides                                         BELAULT county Donegal The Parish records of that time are transcribed online but there is no other mention of Nathaniel. I guess he emigrated -are you descended from him? Bill
