Looking for starting point in Ireland for James Maxwell, b 11 feb 1777, died 5 jan 1844 m bethea gale 11 jan 1809. this is the top of my family tree--can't go onwards without a starting point in Ireland.  Reviewed every ship's manifest I can find for the period and can't find him (for sure--lot's of Jame's) have complete family tree from that point, and lots of verbal family history, so we might be able to fill in each other's gaps William Norris Maxwell
