Hello, I am in search of family to unknown Maxwell he was the first shreriff in Murray County according to an old story I have. I found a T.A. Aker this may be the same.. he would have died of a heart problem in or around 1910 his son Jack Maxwell finished out his fathers term of Sheriff. Harriet Maxwell would have been the the sheriffs wife as she ended up living with her daughter Sudie (Maxwell) Aker. |
