Hello Angela, I will look though my family records in more detail but I do know that my Great Great Grandfather James Maxwell was born in northern Ireland to Scottish parents, to my understanding they went back to Scotland then on to America and settled in What Cheer, Iowa. My mother was Faune A. Maxwell, My Grandfather was Raymond J. Maxwell, his father who was born in Scotland and came here when he was around 10, his name was John Pollock Maxwell, and his father was James Maxwell who was born in Ireland, James's wife was Susan. I will search for the birth dates, I also have an old family photo of them. They are all laid to rest in the cemetery in What Cheer, Iowa.
